✿ I do not keep a stock of blank binders, so binder color availability is dependent on the current Vault X stock.
✿ The cost of the binder is added to your commission cost total.
✿ The Vault X brand is the default for my customs, but you can request another brand.
✿ 1 pocket binders are a generic brand from amazon.✿ All binder designs are original in my art style. I don't do official art recreations, but I can take inspiration from and interpret official art in my style (if requested).
✿ Binders are finished with a protective matte sealing spray.

✿ General Terms ✿
✿ To order a commission, please fill out my commission order form through google forms or emailed directly.
✿ By submitting a commission order form and beginning the commission process, you have read through and agreed with my terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
✿ Communication will be done through email. Please actively check your email inbox throughout the commission process to approve sketch WIPS or answer questions I might need clarification on.
✿ Any disrespectful behavior during the commission process will not be tolerated, and may result in an order cancellation with partial or no refund, and refusal of any future service.
✿ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

✿ Any AI or NFT usage with my art is strictly prohibited.
✿ These commissions are for personal use only and may not be used in a commercial capacity without additional payment. Personal use vs. commercial use examples include, but are not limited to:
Personal Use:
Reposting with credit
Icons or page decoration for personal social media
Physical printing without selling or use for profit (prints, stickers, keychains, ect.)
Commercial Use:
Business or shop branding
Branding a social media account, such as an icon or channel decoration for a monetized YouTube/ Twitch channel
Printing on products intended for sale or profit
Design/ illustration for a commercial project, such as a book or album cover
✿ If you would like to use your commission commercially, you will have to pay a licensing fee. This will be x2 - x3 the price of the commission depending on the usage.

Artist Usage:
✿ I have the right to use your commission in my art portfolio or as an example for future commissions
✿ I might also post your commission on social media. Please check the “opt out” box in the order form if you would not like it to be posted.
✿ I will not use any commission (original characters or fan art characters) for any commercial products
✿ Payment ✿
✿ All prices are in USD currency
✿ Payment will be done through a Paypal Invoice only
✿ The commission cost must be fully paid before I begin working
Cancellations and Refunds
✿ You can cancel your commission and receive a full refund only before I begin working on the commission
✿After I begin working on the commission, only a partial refund is available based on the stage of the commission
✿Once you have approved the clean sketch and I begin working on the final piece, no refund will be available and the commission will be completed
✿ Time ✿
✿ Commissions may take up to a month (30 days) to complete
✿ Orders may take longer depending on my convention schedule. I will let you know before the start of the commission if I will need extended time to complete the piece.
✿ Commissions will be started in the order that I receive them. I do not have a rush option
✿ If you need your commission completed by a certain time, you can let me know in the order form or through email. Please be aware that your requested date will still need to be at least a month from your initial order date.
✿ Portrait commissions will typically take longer than Icon or Chibi commissions
✿ Process and Revisions ✿
✿ Once you submit your commission form, please allow me 1-4 days to message you through email
✿ You can request an update on the progress of your commission at any time, and the process stage will be displayed on the Home page
After you have completed the payment, I will begin working on the thumbnail sketch. This is a loose sketch without any character details, meant to show the pose and composition. I will send you the thumbnail sketch for approval
After the thumbnail sketch is approved, no changes to the pose or composition can be made. I will then work on the clean sketch, meant to show the details of the character. I will send you the clean sketch for approval. You can request minor changes for character accuracy.
Once you approve the clean sketch, I will begin working on the final piece. You can request color changes for character accuracy, (color adjustments only for digital art commissions) but no other changes can be requested at this time

Digital Art Commissions
✿ The final digital commission files will be sent through email
✿ Please download your files when you receive them, because I may have to delete your commission for storage purposes in the futureThe digital files you will receive include:

Traditional Sketch Mailing
✿ You can request to have the traditional sketch of your commission mailed to you for an additional charge. This option is only available for Portrait commissions.
✿ You will need to provide a valid mailing address
✿ After you provide the address, I will calculate the cost of shipping and add it to your final commission price. Expect around $4 - $6 for a US address. Sketch shipping is only available within the USA.
✿ The sketch will be packaged in a tracked rigid flat-mailer, and be sent through USPS.
✿ If your sketch is lost or damaged in transit, it can not be replaced. I will refund the cost of shipping, but I will not refund the cost of the commission.
Custom Painted Cards and Binders
✿ Shipping is only available within the USA.
✿ Shipping will be calculated and added to the initial commission charge.
✿Physical commission pick-up is available at events I am tabling at. You can check my upcoming events schedule on instagram. Let me know if you are planning to attend and would like to pick up your commission there.Packing and shipping:
